Hi folks, recently picked up my FD2 which came with a 5Zigen exhaust system...Absolutely love the car but i'm no fan of the noise.
The drone and the boom is way too much for me, especially on the motorway..
I appreciate the young folk love this the noise but as an old git, i'd rather the normal neighbourhood friendly sound lol
What i would like is the standard exhaust for the FD2 but i don't even know where to begin the search..
Btw it's good to see the forum back up and running again..

Hi, for new try Hendy or Cox motor parts. Failing that keep an eye out on Facebook and eBay.
 
Good choice, one of the very best exhaust manufacturers in Japan! Almost bought one for mine but a Feels exhaust came up at a good price so went for that.
 
Hi folks, little update....
Still yet to change the 5Zigen as i'm really beginning to enjoy the FD2 first lol....this is my 3rd week with the car and i love it...i still drive like an oap to keep the noise down a tad but she sounds great out on the open B roads....
So for now i'm cool tho i'm seriously considering a double din and may treat myself for xmas...
I'm 44 now, last time i bought a head unit i was 21 lol so really excited to be on the old skool mod thing once again...

Haha. You know you want to do few laps of maccy d's lad!
Latest ice have android auto/ apple car pkay, voice activatio, reversing cameras etc. Enjoy. I have the toda full system. All good.
