DC5 and EK9 vs Fd2??

Ok, too bad my girlfriend isn´t to fond of the ek9 but she likes the dc5 and fd2. But it will absolutely be in my mind, i found a k20a2 for a good price when i was looking around now. excluding the work it would be quite cheap espicelly if i buy a pre facelift.

:)

Dream is one fd2 and one ek9 k20 on the driveway!

Used clutch to same engine 2.500 SEK

Here's a nice EK to match with the K20A2 engine that you have found.

The K-swap has so much potential...  :-|

Nice looking! I actually already own a EK4. Dark blue thogh. but in sweden it costs almost lika a EK9 in UK wihch is shit! :)

Just wish i could have a DC5 or preferably a FD2 to back that one up

We have a track EK9 and a FD2 in the driveway.......... FD2 is my dads of course :whispering_secrets:

For the price of a K20 swap, you can spend the money elsewhere making an incredible EK9...... I chose to keep my engine standard internally for reliability, however that combined with a short ratio gearbox with a plate type diff, bye bye FD2 :nahnah:

I won't go into too much detail but i have done everything that can be done to my car, it's very capable even for still retaining the B16B engine

Not driven a DC5 but have been passenger in a couple, they are nice inside, but i didn't think they were anything special, even being passenger in a FD2/EK9 you can really tell your in something special :glassesbig:

EK with a full K-swap and all the points that you mention Steven is a killer of much more exotic cars. If money are not spared it can go a long way. K-swap can be quite reliable as well, there are many companies out there offering all that is necessary. Hybrid Racing comes to my mind as a first choice.

PS. as i mentioned in another post, I buy yours if it ever goes for sale. 😉

i bought an ep3 type r yesterday for breaking. the car still starts and drives. and with only 60000 on the clock it would make a great doner car for a ek9.or eg.ek4 civic.
i would do it my self but not while i still have the fd2.

i want £2000 for the ep3 pm me or 07758462339

bargin
